The short version

This website does not set tracking cookies, it does not run analytics or advertising scripts, and it does not keep a copy of anything you type into it.

The consultation form

When you send the form on the contact page, what you entered is emailed to the office from this website’s own server. The website does not keep a copy. To slow down automated spam, the server briefly keeps a scrambled record of how many requests came from your internet connection in the last hour. Once the firm receives your message, it is handled like any other enquiry to the office.

What your browser stores

The site stores nothing in your browser beyond what the browser caches to display pages. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so no font provider is told you visited.

Links away from this site

Links to news publishers, social profiles and mapping services take you to organizations with their own privacy practices. Those practices are theirs, not the firm’s.

Confidentiality

Information you send before an attorney and client relationship exists is not protected as a confidential communication. Please keep first messages brief and call the office for anything sensitive.
